Reversed J23100-alkS

This part was used as a component of an alkane sensor which utilized the transcription factor AlkS acting upon the promoter PalkB to express the red fluorescent protein tagRFP.

Note: This part is on the antisense strand, and can be considered reversed. Keep this in mind if cloning downstream of alkS.
