promoter (lacI regulated)+RNA thermometer+vioD with RNA thermometer+tetR+double terminator

Built in Plac promoter(Part:BBa_R0010), followed by vioD(Part:BBa_K439413), 37’celcius regulator RBSs, tetR and terminator(Part:BBa_K332033). It catalyze protodeoxyviolaceinic acid(PVA) into protoviolaceinic acid and inhibit Ptet contained circuit when the temperature hit 37’C or higher.
