Applications of BBa_K565001
We made cultures of CA46 ColG in LB liquid medium and Chrom ID coli medium to grow the bacteria population, later we made counts of cfu / ml by serial culture technique to ensure the presence of bacteria using plates with Chrom ID coli medium, and we have achieved competent lysed bacteria adding bacteriocins to the competent cells cultured over Chrom ID coli medium that allows us to identify the lysed cells.
all this cultures were growing in a 37 ºC incubator.
