Applications of BBa_K105001

Team: Debrecen-Hungary 2011 wanted to fuse BBa_K105001 after Zinc Finger basic parts using RFC-25 standard. Although the part could be cleaved out by NotI, EcoRI and PstI from the BackBone, we could not cut it out with NgoMIV.
