  • The intended application of this construct was to negate the expression of holin within ourGene Guard system.

This part has been sequence verified. It has also been tested for protein expression. A nice clear band of the appropriate size can be seen at the bottom of the gel indicating a strong overexpression of a protein if this sequence is in a pSB1C3 plasmid.
