IaaM - tryptophan-2-mono-oxygenase

IaaM encodes IAA tryptophan monooxygenase which converts tryptophan to indoleacetamide. The sequence for this is from Psuedomonas savastanoi which uses a two-enzyme pathway to produce indole 3 acetic acid (auxin).

The sequence has been codon optimised for E. coli and B. subtilis and is under control of the pVEG promoter with an RBS also suitable for E. coli and B. subtilis.
