phEF1a L4R1 MammoBlock Entry Vector

L4R1 Mammoblock Promoter Vector containing human elongation factor 1a (hEF1a) promoter. hEF1a is a low level constitutive promoter.

Characterization

Figure 1. Fluorescence of HEK293FT cells 7 days post infection with hEF1a_EGFP construct.
HEK293 FT cells were infected with replication-deficient HIV particles carrying the hEF1a_EGFP construct. Fluorescent micrographs were taken 7 days after the procedure and show low level constitutive expression from EGFP under the control of the hEF1a promoter.
