Design Notes

This part is a naked Red Fluorescent Protein. It does not include a promoter, an RBS, and start and stop codons. The promoter and terminator are intended to be reconstituted through adjoining linkers of the BioBytes 2.0 system. This part has built-in BsaI cutsites surrounding RFP which can produce the A and B overhangs used in the BioBytes 2.0 system.
