lacI-AB (BioBytes 2.0)

Produces a regulator protein allowing for regulation of constructs. This cassette is "naked" meaning it does not contain a promoter, RBS, start or stop codon. The promoter and terminator are intended to be reconstituted through the adjoining linker bytes attached though BioByte Assembly Method v.2.
