RFP-BA-BfuAI (for construction of BA BioBytes 2.0)

Base plasmid v.2 for the construction of new Bytes-v2. The RFP cassette can be removed using the BfuAI enzyme and a new BA linker type part may be inserted into the plasmid allowing for creation of parts for BioBytes Assembly System-v2.


Usage and Biology

The Base Plasmids v.2 are used to create parts for use in BioByte Assembly System- v.2. The RFP coding device gives a selection method for finding plasmids with the part of interest in it.
