122IsPETase
ISPETase is an enzyme that degrades PET and is produced by the bacterium Ideonella sakaiensis. The serine in it carries out nucleophilic attack, hydrolyzes the ester bonds in it, and produces TPA and EG from PET, and the intermediate products are MHET and BHET. We are also predicting its changing sites through machine learning and molecular docking, and expanding its substrate specificity and catalytic efficiency through structural changes
