K45_CP_P95 Switch primers into pET-28a Switch 7 (Fwd)

This is the forward primer for wild type molecular switch 9. This is cloned in frame with the his tag, primers were used with the q5 polymerase master mix. 3’ GC Content is 53%, 3' length is 19nt and 3' Tm is 65°C.
