EGFP

An EGFP protein fused with a degradation signal significantly reduces its half-life in the cytosol, making it highly suitable for applications such as RNAi and Cas13 studies. This shortened half-life allows for dynamic assessment of gene silencing and real-time promoter strength analysis through live-cell imaging
