MMP9 Nanobody3- NSP3A
Our engineered switch contains NSP3 protein, which is linked to a nanobody that specifically recognizes MMP9. MMP9 is an enzyme that is elevated inside cells during injury. When injury occurs, the increased MMP9 binds to the nanobody, triggering a change in the switch's structure. This structural change causes a specific mRNA molecule to be transformed into a circular form, which promotes its translation into YAP.
