pLacIq-rbs-lacI-T-pLacI-rbs-cheZ_histag-double terminators

We intended to use this device to control the expression level of cheZ.BBa_K094141 was used to repress pLacI promoter. But we failed because of the high leaky expression. This part does not pose any biological threat.
