If this device was expressed in E.coli strain YBE01, the CheZ expression level increased gradiently when the concentration of aTc in medium increased. In swimming plate assay, we observed a faster swimming speed in high aTc concentration than that in low concentration. You are welcome to visit our wiki for further information.
