Applications of BBa_F1610

We applied and improve F1610 to construct luxI signaling device regulated by temperature. This part is BBa_193001(https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K193001), which contains R0051 and F1610. LuxI expression is regulated by temperature-sensitive cI protein. -Tokyo tech 2009-10-20
