EutM-SpyCatcher We constructed EutM-SpyCatcher building blocks and attached itself covalently via isopeptide bond formation by the SpyTag-SpyCatcher system to the formed scaffolds，joining with enzyme elements to form a complex andimproving the stability of the enzyme element.
