This part was used to constitutively express SPE2, and it was integrated with BBa_K4937025/BBa_K4937026/BBa_K4937027/BBa_K4937028/BBa_K4937029 or BBa_K4937030/BBa_K4937031/BBa_K4937032/BBa_K4937033 to enhance the flux of polyamine synthesis in Saccharomyces cerevisiae, and also the product of thermospermine, which may confer thermotolerance to strain.
