Design Notes

CMV core promoter was amplified from pcDNA5/FRT (invitrogen) by using ATCGAAGCTTGGCGGTAGGCGTGTA as a forward and CAGTGCTAGCatttcgataagccagtaagc as a reverse primer. PCR product and Part:BBa_K203112 were cut with SpeI and HindIII, and ligated.
