Applications of BBa_K187001

This part has been tested extensively by the BioBytes team, and has worked as expected in all assays. See the Alberta wiki for more information: http://2009.igem.org/Team:Alberta. The plasmids pBA and pAB have been used in all assays for the bead assembly method.
