pJUMP lentiviral transfer plasmid

This plasmid backbone, based on the pJUMP29-1A KanR TypeIIS Level 1 pUC backbone from the distribution kit, has been upgraded to incorporate the 5' and 3' MSCV modules required for a lentiviral transfer plasmid of 2nd and 3rd generation. The MSCV modules are incorporated on the secondary restriction sites for BbsI and PaqCI located at the sides of the main assembly site. The plasmid is ready for a BsmbI-based cloning assembly and subsequent direct use as transfer plasmid.
