Applications of BBa_K4461002

Fig.1 We cloned a larger fragment that included nirBDC promoter from E.coli K-12 MG1655 gDNA. It is about 446 bp.

Fig.2 After adding suffix and prefix to the promoter, the nirBDC promoter part will be 357bp.

We construct a device BBa_K4461501, with backbone pSB1C3. Then, we test the FP intensity and OD for it and Fig.3 is the result.

Fig.3 This graph shows that the mCerulean expressed since the sixth hour.
