Reverse of BBa K864600

  • Reverse of BBa K864600. This part is used for the expression of siRNA. It consists in the reverse sequence of a T7 terminator.

In order to produce double-stranded siRNAs, we need the sequences in both directions. This is why we designed the reverse sequence for this part.
