Zinc-inducible promoter

Small ubiquitin-related modifier (SUMO) is a member of the ubiquitin-related protein family. SUMO modulates protein function through covalent conjugation to lysine residues in a large number of proteins. In our project, it can increase the soluble expression of MT protein. MT is a special small-molecule metal-binding protein in organisms, which is widely distributed, rich in cysteine, has a conserved structure, and has a high affinity for metals. After connected to the SUMO, it can be used as a supplement for surface display to enhance the tolerance of engineered bacteria to various heavy metal ions. The part can enhance the tolerance of engineering bacteria to heavy metal solutions, and can be used as a supplement for surface display to improve the adsorption efficiency of engineering bacteria to heavy metal ions.
