Design Notes

The sequence of glgA sRNA is designed as the reverse complementary sequence of 25 base sequences starting from the SD sequences of glgA. And HFQ sequence should be designed in the same plasmid with this sRNA.[1]

Source

The glgA gene sequence is gained from the genome of the S.elongatus PCC 6803, and the fragment we use is artificially synthesized by the company.
