It is the "switch" that regulates the oxygen concentration in the rhizosphere

This part of the code is leghemoglobin. It comes from the soybean rhizosphere. It can bind to intracellular oxygen and transport it to the end of the aerobic respiratory chain (such as the cell membrane of E. coli), thus creating a localized hypoxic environment in the cell, yet leaving the process of aerobic respiration providing energy unimpaired (The specific mechanism of action is shown in the figure ).

Since the bean hemoglobin gene is of plant origin, when performing gene recombination on prokaryotes, it is necessary to remove introns from their gene sequences, do codon optimization, and take measures to make them active after expression.
