BlcR S61V

A mutant of the BlcR protein, created through site-directed mutagenesis with primers R4 (Part:BBa_K4361204) and F4.2 G41A (TBD). For this mutant, the glycine in position 41 has been changed to alanine by mutating the GGC codon to GCG.

This mutant also contains the following nucleotide mutations outside of the targeted site:
