On the right is the expected results and on the left is the obtained confirmation agarose gel. Lane 1, 100bp ladder. Lane 1’, partial of Life 1 kb Plus ladder. Lane 2, Pre A1 digested with BamHI EcoRI PstI. Lane 3, Pre A1 digested with NheI EcoRI PstI. Lane 4, Pre A1 digested with EcoRI PstI.
