OmpT-mCherry

BBa_K3805886 consists of two parts: ompT signal peptide (BBa_K3805532)[1] and mCherry (BBa_J06504)[2]. By inserting the ompT signal peptide sequence at the upstream of mCherry gene, mCherry can be secreted to extracellular environment under the guidance of the OmpT signal peptide.
