PVFP-5 Composite

This part is the expression vector for expression of Pvfp-5 in E.Coli. It contains a lac promoter and operator, a codon-optimised gene insert for Pvfp-5, and an N-terminal 6xHis + TEV site. The plasmid used is pSB1A3.

This expression vector can be used to synthesise Pvfp-5 and allows protein purification through a Ni-NTA column.
