Introduction
The Z3eV assembly is composed by the promoter TEF1, the gene Z3eV coding for the activator Z3eV of the estradiol inducible promoter BBa_K3930007 and the transcription terminator of CYC1. The construction is based on the publication (Liu et al. 2020).
This sequence must be used with the promoter Z3eV (BBa_K3930007), for a gene regulated expression into S.cerevisiae.
