CMV-EGFP-P2A-mCherry

This part contains an EGFP-P2A-mCherry cassette under control of the constitutively active CMV-promoter. The fluorescent proteins EGFP and mCherry can be independently detected. It was used to compare the functionality of the P2A peptide and an IRES for the expression of two proteins from one single promoter.
