aTc-inducible IM2 antitoxin

IM2 antitoxin under a pTet promoter

Biology and Usage

The IM2 molecule is the immunity protein of the Colicin E2 endonuclease. The IM2 protein is here under un pTet promoter and can therefore be activated by aTc.

This part is used to create a kill-switch in combination with the part BBa_K3482004 .
