Promoter ydfJ115

This promoter, native to B. subtilis, is positively regulated upon activation of the ydfHI two-component system through direct interaction with the DNA-binding domain of the response regulator ydfI. It is involved in the expression of ydfJ, a protein belonging to the RND superfamily. This promoter was used in the composite part BBa_K3425140 alongside a GFP.
