Histidine kinase receptor with leader peptide

When the leader peptide pelB is connected to ComD, its role is to guide the histidine kinase receptor ComD to the membrane to form a membrane receptor protein, increase the binding rate of CSP and ComD, and enable it to better bind to downstream promoters.
