EGFP(Codon optimization)

Our part is coding the EGFP,We transferred the gene EGFP into plasmid ,and transformed the recombinant plasmid into Chlamydomonas reinhardti to express protein and to test whether our systerm work or not. We used the promoter to initiate expression of EGFP, resulting in promoter regulation of gene expression data

The efficiency of Hsp70A-Rbc S2 promoter can be improved when environmental temperature is larger than 40℃. It means that the toxins express device will express more toxins in summer closed waters.The closed waters usually is larvae living place. The temperature in the open water will be much lower than this value. This decided would reduce the amount of pro-toxic protein present in the non-functioning waters.
