v2-tail with efficient TCS and SV 40 NLS

Linker for Tango like GPCR assays. Couple it to GPCR´s for improved arrestin binding plus mediated TEV Protease cleavage to release downstream POI. Before coupling, upstream GPCR should be checked for arrestin recruitment and/or typical Phosphorylation motifs to allow such recruitment.
