AOX1 Transcription Terminator

Native transcription termination and polyadenylation signal from the AOX1 gene, including the last 27 codons of the AOX1 open reading frame, that permits efficient 3' mRNA processing, including polyadenylation, for increased mRNA stability in Pichia pastoris.
