Forward primer with BBa_B0034 for amplifying BBa_E0040

A forward primer that contains RBS34 which is 60 base pairs long that can be used to amplify the GFP part BBa_E0040 by PCR. It can be used to characterise the RBS activity easily by measuring OD.
