Maltose-binding protein (MBP)
MBP is the sequence used to translate the maltose-binding protein. Maltose binding protein can be trapped by the MBP column after the TEV enzyme cut the TEV cutting site of the composition (10X His-MBP-TEV-Cas12a). After that, the Cas12a protein will exist in the solution.
