Promoter for the Prm1 transcription factor in the P. pastoris GS115 strain

The promoter of the PRM1 gene in wildtype P. pastoris. Upregulated by Prm1 and downregulated by Mit1.

Usage and Biology

The PRM1 promoter is homogenous to the P. pastoris GS115 strain. It is self-upregulated by the Prm1 protein and downregulated by the Mit1 protein, both transcription factors homogenous to the P. pastoris GS115 strain.
