LDHA enzyme coding region. This part coding for the lactate dehydrogenase A is useful to catalyse the interconvertion of pyruvate and L-lactate with concomitant inter-conversion of NADH and NAD+. Knowing that the LDHA, an homotetramer shows positive homotropic cooperativity under higher pH condition but it’s induced by low pH under anaerobic conditions.
