FAST reporter gene

Fluorescence-Activating and Absorption-Shifting Tag Protein (FAST) reporter gene derived from Halorhodospira halophila and codon optimised for fluorescence studies in the genus Clostridium. FAST is one of the few fluorescent reporters available for effective use in anaerobic organisms.
