Maltose-binding protein (MBP)

MBP is the sequence that coding for the maltose-binding protein. Maltose binding protein can be trapped by the MBP column after the TEV enzyme cut TEV cutting site of composition (10X His-MBP-TEV-Cas12a). For the function, the Cas12a protein will exist in the solution. The MBP is used by E.coli.
