pT7-CBDcipA-AsPink

A cellulose binding domain which can be used to purify or attach proteins to cellulose. The part also has a flexible GS-linker with a thrombin site added. The part has a AsPink fused to the cellulose binding domain to ensure easy trackable expression and characterization. The part has the strongest available expression system with a T7 promotor and 5'-UTR region as well as other translational enhancers.
