Metabolic figure

Figure2:Metabolic figure of cyanobacteria with TH-gldA-lldP

With the help of light and PSI, Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803(cyanobacteria) with TH-gldA-lldP absorb CO2 into Calvin cycle and produce NADPH. And then TH can transform NADPH into NADH which will be transformed into NAD+ through gldA. On the other hand, gldA can also turn pyruvate into lactate which will be transferred to the environment with the help of lldP.
