TetO+TetA 

   This part expresses an efflux pump protein that selectively pumps tetracycline from the cell with Mg + isomeric tetracycline to restrict tetracycline entry into the cell ribosome, thereby enhancing the tolerance of E. coli to tetracycline by inserting E. coli containing the psb1c3 empty plasmid and our E. coli with this part in the absence of The ABS value was measured under the same concentration of tetracycline. It can be seen that E. coli containing only psb1c3 empty plasmid has little tolerance to tetracycline, and we added this part E.coli has certain tolerance to tetracycline.
