SED1 secretion signal

SED1 secretion signal is signal peptide sequence derived from S.cerevisiae SED1 gene.
This signal peptide sequence is researched for cell-surface display of heterologous proteins. [1]
Using this part with SED1 anchoring domain, you can anchor objective protein on S.cerevisiae cell wall.
