Synthetic RBS designed for sfGFP

This part is a synthetic RBS designed for sfGFP (BBa_K2675005) and sfGFP-LVAtag (BBa_K2675006) using the Salis Lab RBS calculator v2.0 [1, 2].

Usage and Biology

This RBS was used to drive the expression of sfGFP (BBa_K2675005) and sfGFP-LVAtag (BBa_K2675006) under the control of the pAimX short promoter (BBa_K2675021) or its derivative (BBa_K2675022) in the composite parts BBa_K2675051, BBa_K2675052, BBa_K2675058, BBa_K2675059, BBa_K2675061 & BBa_K2675062.
